Just got back from a fantastic Christmas break! the rooms were super comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. the location was perfect, right near the beach and close to all the attractions. Plus, the hosts were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Definitely recommend for a fun and cozy holiday getaway!
While the rooms were clean and comfy, some areas could use a bit of improvement. There were a few maintenance issues, like a door that was difficult to open and a hob that needed a good cleaning.

We had a great time exploring the area as the location was fantastic. We were just a short walk away from the beach and the promenade. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with plenty of hot water. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, providing us with vouchers for discounts and recommendations for shows and attractions.
The front of the property was very uninviting and dirty, with cigarette ends and broken glass scattered around.

I absolutely loved the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the hotel. The decorations were elegant, and the common areas were well-maintained. It was easy for me, as a senior woman, to move around and navigate the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and understanding, always ready to assist the more elderly guests like myself.
I would have appreciated a bit more variety in the meal options for senior people.

Stayed at a large apartment in a great location for the pleasure beach and sandcastle. the place was really warm and cosy, perfect for a comfortable stay. Despite having no view, it was surprisingly quiet at night, which was a nice trade-off. the beds were clean and comfortable, meeting our needs. There were plenty of cheap cafes and a convenience store right on the doorstep. Waverley House Apartments offered a fab price and ideal location for our getaway. Cons: Absolutely nothing! .

I recently stayed at Waverley House for a couple of nights with some friends. The location was perfect, close to the Pleasure Beach and the sea. The apartment itself was great value for money, spacious and clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the owners had provided washing up liquid, a dish towel, and a sponge - small details that made a big difference. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we had all the necessary facilities. it was a fantastic stay in a convenient and comfortable place.
Would recommend this hotel.

The apartment at Waverley House was absolutely perfect for my stay in Blackpool. I felt right at home with the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a microwave for quick and easy meals. The cozy seating area with a comfortable sofa was the ideal spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. I loved curling up by the fireplace, adding a touch of warmth and ambiance to the room. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment during my downtime. The private bathroom with a shower was clean and convenient. the apartment was a cozy and comfortable home away from home.
Personally, I didn't find much use for the coffee/tea maker in the apartment. But I understand that some guests might enjoy having this amenity available.

We got excellent value for our money with a spacious apartment at Waverley House in Blackpool. The location was perfect for visiting the pleasure beach and sandcastle. The apartment was warm, cosy, and surprisingly quiet at night. It may not have had a view, but it definitely met our needs. Plus, there were lots of cheap cafes and a convenience store right on our doorstep.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement, but overall, our stay at Waverley House was fantastic.
